We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manger to join the Tank team. With a passion for the written word and knowledge of how to create targeted campaigns that trigger actions from our target audiences, this new role will support the technical, commercial and branding needs of the business.


Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager will support the following channels:


  • Organic search: Optimising on-page content and digital PR campaign landing pages.
  • Organic social: Maintain a steady flow of engaging organic content about our clients, our people, and our news.
  • Email campaigns: Creating email copy for a series of automated workflows, with each workflow targeting a specific audience and goal.
  • Paid campaigns: Developing content for all levels of the funnel and the supporting assets.
  • Press releases: Drafting company press releases ready for the PR team to pitch in.


Responsibilities include:

To be the first layer of quality control and production across all written forms of content. Ensuring technical accuracy, commercial relevance and appropriate tone of voice.


This includes:

  • SEO content.
  • Press releases.
  • Website content (inclusive of thought leadership blog content).
  • Content to support social media activities (ad copy, short-form content pieces, imagery, video clips).
  • Email marketing content to support the brand communications to multiple contact segments.
  • Internal promotional material (case studies, proposals, product explainers).
  • Ad-hoc literature (content for events, promotional flyers, etc).
  • Distribute and manage the production of the remaining content among relevant group members of external partners.
  • When required, to delegate to other internal or external stakeholders and manage their delivery and quality.
  • Oversee the publishing of all content within our websites, social media channels and email marketing platforms.


Experience required:

3+ years experience in creating engaging content for multiple channels.
