About the Pub

The Old Inn is a characterful village pub in the Bishops Hull area of Taunton, at the foot of the stunning Blackdown Hills and the gateway to Exmoor National Park. All this and still only minutes away from Somerset's County Town of Taunton and surrounded by a number of new housebuilding projects. Internally, the Old Inn has two distinct trading areas; the lounge and the restaurant. Both areas finished to a good standard and boasting original features, this pub comes with additional selling points such as a skittle alley that can also double up as a function room, large TV screens to broadcast live sports, and games machines. Externally the well-sized beer garden and patio area is the perfect family hotspot in the warmer months for a drink in the sun, and a children’s play area to keep them entertained for hours. In a further addition, the Old Inn comprises four letting rooms which is a great opportunity for developing an additional income stream, that can be enhanced by creating en-suite facilities.
