Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our Front of House team at the Kings Arms, a busy pub on the edge of Taunton town centre. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop your team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Work closely with the management team to create and deliver business plans and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
