Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or account management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
