A well-established organisation based in Sunderland is looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator for an exciting opportunity working as part of a busy, friendly administration team on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is available for an immediate start.
The Office Administrator will assist in the achievement of business objectives by assisting the organisation's management team on supporting internal processes, projects and initiatives, striving towards continuous improvements across the department. This includes supporting with email and telephone queries, ensuring office compliance, supporting with invoices and internal processing, as well as providing administrative support for new projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration and marketing experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Well-organised and efficient.Flexible & responsive.Excellent attention to detail.
