Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Environmental, Health and Safety operations?
We are seeking a Division EHS Manager to lead and enhance our environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety. You will be driving safety initiatives, building relationships and managing comprehensive environmental, health and safety programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities of the EHS Manager:
- Provide coaching and legal guidance on Safety to leaders and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure the Division meets Corporate and Regulatory Compliance objectives.
- Design and facilitate safety initiatives, programmes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and raise awareness of EHS in other functions.
- Actively promote Safety Culture and Environmental awareness.
- Lead and develop the Safety Team.
Expected Qualifications, experience, and skills of the EHS Manager:
Education:
- University degree in a relevant field (I.E engineering)
- EHS certification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
Experience:
- Strong practical knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental compliance.
- Significant EHS Manager / management experience in industrial work environment.
Skills:
- Proven track record of driving cultural change in complex organization.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Business acumen.
Travel: Willingness to travel for business (approximately 25%).
