The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the payments sector.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, with a focus on payments (2+ years experience in payments).
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, gateways, and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (e.g. Prince2)
