About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management department at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets, and QA procedures are all in place and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure their needs are met
  • Lead design workshops and project meetings to drive project progress
  • Manage sub-consultants, including quantity surveyors, architects, and specialist designers
  • Assume responsibility for day-to-day project management, including monthly reports, minutes, and programme management
  • Ensure coordinated and high-quality deliverables from multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop safe, sustainable, and profitable solutions
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. You should have a minimum HNC/HND in a relevant field and be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of procurement methods and contract administration requirements. Additionally, you should have experience of managing commercial processes on projects and be able to write high-quality reports and interrogate financial information.
