⭐️ Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to help drive growth across our Workplace Solutions and AV Solutions divisions. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence within Northern Ireland. By leveraging your expertise, you will propose tailored solutions in workplace technology, audio-visual systems, and office solutions to meet client needs.
The candidate must be based in NI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities for Workplace Solutions and AV Solutions in your assigned territory.
- Proactively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage margin targets to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Deliver tailored proposals and innovative solutions that meet customer needs in the workplace and AV technology.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in workplace solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to manage leads and sales processes efficiently.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Valid driving license for travel within Northern Ireland.
