Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and nurturing key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What do you need?
- Proven experience in business development within the electrical industry, preferably with a background in battery storage.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic partnership skills.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to driving sustainable growth and achieving sales targets.
