About the Role:

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive key growth initiatives across website management, CRM, content, paid advertising, and events. You’ll explore new marketing channels, such as Paid Search and SEO, to expand reach and visibility. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and involves mentoring two marketing executives, with a path to full management.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Drive pipeline growth and increase MQLs.
  • CRM and Customer Journey: Build and expand structured lead nurturing and onboarding.
  • Performance Marketing: Enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Content Strategy Development: Leverage platform data to create a comprehensive content strategy.
  • Website Ownership and Digital Journey Planning: Manage the website and strategize customer journeys.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Develop compelling copy and engaging content.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute impactful events.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Optimize CRM and performance metrics through structured analysis.

Key Initial Tasks:

  • Enhance CRM and automate customer journeys.
  • Support sales and commercial teams with testimonials and promotional materials.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
  • Improve the structure of paid advertising efforts.

Success Metrics for 12 Months:

  • Effectively structure and prioritize marketing efforts.
