As our Guest Relations Ambassador, you will work in The Apartment supporting and assisting all events and VIP visits in Bicester Village. By representing Bicester Village as Hospitality Ambassador and ensuring all guests receive a 5-star luxury hospitality service during their visit. The Guest Relations Ambassador will deliver and promote all services and Village activities.

What you will be doing as a Guest Relations Ambassador

  • Responsible for opening and closing The Apartment to the expected 5* level ensuring all spaces are guest ready and a high focus on the attention to detail.
  • Accountable for the events calendar for the week/month ahead.
  • Offer the ultimate visitor experience by being luxury ambassadors for the flagship village.
  • Collaborate with Management and Private Client Services team to leverage guest clienteling
  • Support with F&B service and attentively listen to guests’ preferences, dietary restrictions, and any specific requests.
  • Promote a range of innovative and efficient ‘concierge style’ services including: Hands-free Shopping Service, valet parking and airmiles redemption.
  • Promote the current exhibition/retail marketing and partnerships campaigns to our guests.
  • Provide knowledgeable insights regarding all brands and the unique offer/promotions within the Village.
  • Ensure that Bicester Village standards, procedures and policies are adhered to at all times

  • Experience as a guest relation/concierge/VIP events coordinator in a luxury environment, including hotel, retail and events sectors.

  • Ability to assist in projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as act autonomously

  • Computer literate and fully conversant in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent Grooming Standards, pride in their appearance and immaculate presentation
  • Fluency in English. (Mandarin, Literary Arabic or Russian languages are a plus)
