Guest Relations Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Guest Relations Ambassador to join our prestigious company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of guest experience and promoting our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and coordinate guest itineraries, bookings, and services to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Promote our services and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings to clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
  • Inform guests of current exhibitions, marketing, and promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Provide exceptional support to guests through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions, capturing valuable feedback.
  • Correspond with guests prior to their arrival to ensure a warm welcome.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional presentation and standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in guest relations, luxury hospitality, retail, or events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate diverse client needs.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of working in a luxury environment and maintaining impeccable presentation.
