Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, exceptional presentation skills, and a background in marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for building and developing executive materials, consolidating information, and ensuring effective communication with the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prepare, and consolidate materials for meetings and executive presentations.
  • Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and synthesize information.
  • Support the board in understanding and utilizing information for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage communication and coordination between executive teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Continuously improve board materials and processes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting company is desirable, preferably with one of the top firms.
  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Exceptional skills in developing and delivering presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing materials for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Knowledge of best practices in board governance and corporate communication.
