At Partful, we're not just looking for talents; we're searching for visionaries who want to be a part of something bigger, something that will leave a lasting legacy.

Our core mission is to digitalise the outdated and disjointed manufacturing aftermarket. We aim to make repairing and maintaining equipment and machines accessible to everyone, not just engineers and mechanics, by pioneering the industry with 3D technology and digital transformation of manufacturing data. We describe our platform as Explode. Click. Buy. Fix. In seconds. Curious? See what our technology can do for the manufacturing industry.

If you're passionate about engineering, fascinated by machines, or simply love the idea of repair over replacement, Partful cannot wait to hear what you have to offer. Your talents will be the driving force behind a transformative journey that's set to redefine the manufacturing industry.

If you're ready to make your mark and be a part of a tech start-up with a purpose, Partful is where your adventure begins. Come aboard and help us shape a world where repair reigns supreme.

This influential COO role will provide strategic leadership and direction for financial management and operational delivery. You will be responsible for effective and efficient use of financial resources, identification and management of operating risks, and oversight of the Partful's human resources, technology, and operational and administrative functions. You will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and surpass business goals and objectives, increasing productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Effectively identify and manage risks arising and drive control enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management to ensure effective resource management.
  • Be responsible for Conduct Risk across the business and ensuring this is effectively managed and controlled.
  • Oversee operational budget with a laser focus on cash flow and keep a close eye on financial modelling and scenario planning as required for long term and short term projections for Partful.
  • Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research. Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organisational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organisational goals are met.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

You will have:

  • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
  • Strategic thinker who can consistently challenge ideas and innovate.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to tailor communications, content, language and style based on the audience background, experience and responsibilities.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce.
  • Willingness to respond flexibly to various demands and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Salary up to £126,000 dependant on experience.

PLEASE NOTE - the ideal candidate will live in a commutable distance to Manchester as this is a hybrid role and based in our Northern Quarter office 2 days a week.

At Partful, we believe that great ideas can change the world, and we're dedicated to turning those ideas into reality. When you join us, you'll become part of a team that embodies our core values:

  • Own it: We are a tight-knit and fast-paced team that values your autonomy and contribution.
  • Strive: We are action-biased, which means ideas are great, but execution is even better. We're results-driven, and if you are too, we're already a great match.
  • Stay Sharp: We love solutions and actions, but we always remember to stay curious and critical of our actions. Asking the right questions before jumping to solutionisation helps us stay laser-focused, efficient, and aligned with our mission and vision despite the temptation of a huge world of possibilities out there.
  • Transparency: We value honesty and transparency from the top down. Everyone's voice is encouraged and heard.
  • Diversity: We are a diverse bunch, and we love how differences give us peripheral vision and creativity.
  • Supportive: We are supportive and solution-driven, helping each other become better.
  • Customer Obsessed: We're obsessed with our customers and their needs.
  • Impact: We act with impact in mind, whether it's social or environmental.

If you're driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Your skills and dedication will be valued, and your contributions will be instrumental in driving our mission forward. Let's bring the world's parts together
