  7. Collaboration and Delivery
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, developers, and testers, to ensure successful delivery of product increments.
  9. Participate in Agile ceremonies and Scrum processes, continuously seeking improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
  10. Research and Benchmarking:
  11. Conduct research, studies, and focus groups to identify best practices and benchmarks for solving business problems specific to healthcare and beauty retail.
  12. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements to ensure the mobile app remains competitive and compliant.
  13. Stakeholder Management:
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  15. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  16. Customer Engagement:
  17. Participate in customer research activities to gain a real-world understanding of customer needs and the value of the mobile app.
  18. Use insights from customer research to inform product decisions and enhancements, focusing on both retail and healthcare service aspects.
  19. Cross-Functional Initiatives:
  20. Engage in cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that align with the mobile app product strategy and vision.
  21. Ensure collaboration across departments to deliver cohesive and integrated product solutions, particularly in integrating retail and healthcare services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in mobile app development, preferably in the retail or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have

  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and mobile app technologies, especially those relevant to healthcare and retail.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare sector.
