They are looking for a Deployment Manager who can work closely with the Acquisitions and Project Development teams to oversee the practical construction phases of each project.


Responsibilities

  • Site Design:Working with designers and ICPs to manage the site layouts, arrange and commission construction and electrical drawings, and work with DNOs and IDNOs to supply and finalise NERS designs
  • DNO Management: Applying for suitable power connections and managing the DNO process from start to finish
  • Budget Management: Keeping track of project budgets, expenses, and guaranteeing cost-effective solutions without sacrificing project quality
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical and construction regulations for EV installation projects by keeping up-to-date with regulatory updates and developments
  • Supplier Management: Managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services and equipment
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential hazards and developing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to the project, implementing Health and Safety measures that supplement our processes and procedures


Requirements

  • In-depth knowlegde of the technologies surrounding the EV charging installation process, as well as the relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and an effective communicator.
  • Background or education in construction/electrical engineering is an advantage.
