We are looking for an experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow their own team.


Reporting to the Recruitment Director the Driving Team Leader will be the face of our Driving division, as we accelerate growth across South Wales. You will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the division, building your team who will specialise in HGV driving positions.


Key Duties:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Oversee the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Manage a live desk with positions that require immediate filling, leveraging our existing client base to grow business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the driving recruitment division.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to your team to ensure their professional growth and success.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the driving/HGV sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
