Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Structural Division in South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and providing technical leadership and engineering challenge to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Structural Division and manage a team of engineers
  • Provide technical leadership and engineering challenge to drive business growth
  • Responsible for resourcing, forecasting, mentoring, and developing the team
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape business plan targets and deliver against them
  • Favourable data centre experience and knowledge of working in Qatar are beneficial

Requirements:

  • Chartered with the IStructE
  • Most structurally competent engineer, comfortable modeling concrete and steel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
