We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division in the Cardiff area. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the performance and growth of the division, ensuring we exceed client expectations on safety, quality, and operational delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple Site Supervisors and sites to meet client and internal KPIs
  • Assisting with the planning, safety, and quality of works carried out
  • Surveying sites to evaluate work required and ensuring adequate resourcing

This is a field-based role in the South Wales area, with a mix of on-site and remote work. You will be responsible for leading a team of Site Supervisors and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant managerial and operational experience or equivalent practical experience
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts
  • Previous experience in the rail industry
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
