This company's mission is to save developers time and ensure robustness in one of the most tedious and time-consuming areas of software development: writing unit tests. Their platform works completely autonomously, using reinforcement learning to write fully formed tests that are guaranteed to compile, run and find bugs.




The role



As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be a critical part of a growing company, being the first point of contact with our users, handing their questions and providing initial responses when possible. This is a technical role that requires an engineering background. You will directly liaise with the Engineering VPs and their teams to better handle requests, support with technical onboarding and ensure their effective use of the company's solution.


  • You will act as a designated technical contact and a trusted advisor to customers, which include a number of blue-chip, enterprise customers
  • Communicate effectively with Engineering teams and VPs / CTOs, and establish credibility and an understanding of their needs
  • You will be responsible for Customer onboarding, training and ensuring the resolution of complex issues with the full context and understanding of the customers specific use case
  • By maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers, you will gain an understanding of the customer’s overall technical environment, usage trends, and pain points
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, develop and lead the technical relationships for a named set of accounts
  • Manage a diverse and complex scope of support issues across multiple client engagements
  • Effectively troubleshoot, properly document, and regularly update customer’s support issues
  • Submit software bug reports to the Engineering team for problems needing attention
  • Provide guidance on how to optimize the use of the SaaS product
  • Manage Jira Queue and ensure timely close-out of tickets



About you



  • Strong experience with Java, Spring and JVM
  • Experience working with GitHub source code management, and CI/CD tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to work with multiple clients concurrently
  • The ability to understand, shape and deliver against customers' requirements
