About the Role

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our established London team. You will leverage your extensive industry network to drive sales, foster relationships with top-tier clients, and solidify FCI London's position as a premier destination for luxury European interiors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with leading interior designers, property developers, and luxury retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the luxury interiors sector.
  • Secure at least 15-20 meetings with interior designers within the first month to showcase FCI London's product offerings and collaborate on their projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to guarantee exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay abreast of design trends in the London market and provide valuable insights to enhance FCI's product selection and overall strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience selling high-end furniture and interiors directly to established London interior designers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive luxury interiors environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term relationships with key industry players.
  • In-depth knowledge of the London luxury design scene and current trends in European furnishings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
