Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking an experienced Telecoms Billing Manager with specialist expertise in the Zoey billing platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to step into a key role managing telecom billing operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Zoey platform, enabling them to optimize its capabilities in alignment with the company’s goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Billing Operations Management:

  • Oversee the entire telecom billing process using the Zoey platform.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all telecom services.
  • Monitor customer usage, manage alerting procedures, and oversee CDR imports for all billing suppliers.

Zoey Platform Expertise:

  • Act as the go-to expert for the Zoey billing platform.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the system to meet evolving business needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze billing data for trends and discrepancies, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and process improvement.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to management and key stakeholders.

Customer Support:

  • Efficiently resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure a smooth billing experience, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal company policies.
  • Lead preparations for internal and external audits, implementing controls to mitigate errors and prevent fraud.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide training on the Zoey platform and billing processes.
