I am currently working exclusively with a very well-established FTSE 100 retailer, who are looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join their specialist and supportive team; in either their Birmingham, Bristol or Nottingham office.

This role is rewarded with a competitive salary, and agile working. It presents an excellent in-house opportunity for a Commercial Paralegal to assist a team that has a wealth of expertise behind them.

About the role

The successful Commercial Paralegal will provide services centrally focused on:

  • Reviewing, assessing and drafting a wide range of formal commercial contracts;
  • Liaising with external legal counsel and stakeholders when appropriate;
  • Directly assisting the General Counsel with their workload of commercial matters.

About you

The successful Commercial Paralegal will have at least one year of commercial contracts experience in private practice or in-house. You will also:

  • Have knowledge and experience of contracts and commercial negotiations;
  • Evidence of being proactive in supporting your team;
  • A good eye for detail.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a commercial, client-focused approach. You must be able to commute to either their Birmingham, Nottingham or Bristol office.
