Role Purpose
We are seeking a HR Shared Services Administrator to join our newly formed HR Shared Services team on a 12-month FTC. In this varied role you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service across a range of activities with exposure across the whole employee lifecycle from Recruitment and onboarding to every day HR queries and projects.
Each day will be different, you will be the first point of contact for managers and colleagues providing first line advice and guidance around HR processes, updating and maintaining the HR system (Workday), working efficiently to produce high quality correspondence and documentation, and contributing to the review of automation of our processes. You will also work closely with our talented team of Partners and Advisors across the whole People Team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for providing a quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. A key attribute of the successful candidate will be high levels of attention to detail, a customer centric approach and experience of working with sensitive and confidential data.
To be a success in this role, you will have previous administration experience and proven experience of using a range of MS packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first step into a HR career or wanting to gain further HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the HR Shared Services Manager and the Head of Shared Services to deliver an efficient HR administration service to all Dnata sites/employees and to ensure excellence in customer service
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Answering all employee inquiries via the HR inbox
- Take up references for all new joiners and respond to reference requests from other third parties, communicating with the HR team promptly where references may not be satisfactory
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team (Compliance/ HRBP’s/ Regional Directors)
- Support with HR related projects as and when required
- Password re-sets

What you’ll have:
- Experience within a fast-paced working environment
- Admin experience
- Strong customer service skills are essential, and they must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will be an extremely organised, resilient, and confident, with a strong attention to detail.
