About our Business:

Opti365 is a cloud-first IT consulting business specialising in the Microsoft AI-Cloud technology and security stack. We offer seamless, centralised, highly scalable, and fully automated modern management, security, AI and compliance solutions integrated with a 24/7 Security Operation Centre (SOC). Our mission is to empower businesses with robust, efficient, and secure IT environments.


About the Team:

We are very down-to-earth people (no corpo culture), working in this area for more than 20 years, owned three IT businesses, and contracted for thousands of jobs in the UK and the US mainly over the last 10 years. Fully certified and trained in Microsoft AI cloud, technology and security stack with true hands-on experience, we know how to talk about, plan, and deploy these solutions.


We don't know sales much and we don’t have time for it, but we can lead pre-sales technical calls, so we are confident you can help us make some money. We have the best business proposals you have ever seen and some great collaterals too, so we will make your life easier.


Please note this is a commission-only job, if you are looking for a typical salary-structured position, sadly it's not for you. But if you want to sell great AI and Security packages with uncapped commissions and unlimited income - keep reading.


Experience:


  • Any experience which brings results.
  • Bonus: Experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the IT consulting or technology sector. If you have it – great, if not – we'll work it out.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology and security solutions is a plus, but we can talk you through it and also provide all the collaterals you'll need.


Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, or you can use a piece of paper or your spreadsheet – we don't care, your tools, your skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly – we can and will help if you need it.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented – no chillax here, sorry, we are burning the midnight oil too.


Responsibilities – in general


  • Lead Sourcing: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry databases, and networking.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media messages to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for the senior sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to nurture long-term opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings, especially the Microsoft technology and security stack, and how they benefit clients – again, if not strong enough, we’ll help, support you and talk you through it.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the IT consulting, AI and cybersecurity space - optional but that could be your thing, there are not many people doing this.
  • Overemployment: You can work for someone else at the same time, from anywhere and anytime - we are 100% fine as long as you bring us the results. We are not your supervisors or managers - we work with you and we are making money together.


Compensation, OTE, Benefits and Commission overview:


  • Commission-only job: 20% paid and special offering on managed services and renewals
  • Uncapped and Unlimited potential: There is a RRP suggested pricing level if you want to earn your 20% and stay safe but if you feel confident, feel free to set your prices and get paid much more – we will not say a word, your risk, your money.
  • Sales Cycle: Typically 1-2 months so you can expect great results.
  • OTE: Projected around £48k/year (commission-only) based on 2 average RRP deals closed per month and minimum commission levels
