Located in Ellesmere Port, the office is conveniently just a 16-minute walk from Overpool train station.


What You'll Do

  • Help our client identify and secure top talent through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Leverage various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and background checks to ensure the right fit for our client's team.


What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritise deadlines.
  • Ability to think creatively and stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practises.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
