Are you an expert in internal controls and ERP transformations? We have an exciting opportunity for you with a global CPG customer going through a period of transformation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assume internal control responsibilities within a major ERP transformation program.
  • Review process designs to ensure alignment with internal control frameworks and suggest improvements leveraging S/4HANA.
  • Ensure adherence to Global Role Concept (GRC) and user authorizations, providing recommendations or risk mitigations for Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
  • Validate global template process designs against internal control frameworks and associated risks.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal control inquiries and embedded controls.
  • Collaborate closely with all workstreams and the internal audit team to address relevant risks and embed automated controls.
  • Review the SoD concept of the ERP program and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Provide status reports on internal controls, embedded controls, risks, and mitigations.
  • Ensure reliability of S/4HANA reports in collaboration with IT.
  • Support process design and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in meeting and closing program milestones.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong expertise in internal controls within ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA and automated control processes.
  • Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with internal audit teams and various workstreams.
  • Proficient in providing detailed status reports and process improvements.
