We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to leverage their existing experience to support an Oracle implementation at an Education company based in East Croydon. This opportunity will ensure that processes are documented, completed and appropriated to run payroll for the organisation.


The role will also ensure that the business change impacts are clearly identified and appropriately included within revised processes and training plans. The current payroll function is outsourced, and the project will manage the transition of this arrangement to a new in-house function.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst, the payroll Project Manager and with their Oracle Implementation experts.


You will support with structuring and creating a set of end-to-end processes, which will be appropriately levelled. The role will also involve assessing existing set of services provided by outsource partner and ensuring that these services are included within defined processes. Additionally, you will support the development of the testing strategy, plans and scripts with well documented processes and appropriate scenarios.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a business analyst, ideally with Oracle payroll and/or Cloud based technology experience.
  • Experience in delivering robust end to end processes that are clearly structured and levelled.
  • Excellent research and analytic skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and delivery driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience writing and managing process documentation.
