Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director/Country Manager to lead our client's UK & Northern European sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Enterprise B2B software sales background, proven leadership skills, and expertise in various sales methodologies e.g Meddic. As the Regional Sales Director, you will drive sales growth, manage a team of 4-8 Enterprise Strategic AE's, AD's and GAM's. This person will develop strategic initiatives to expand our client's market presence in the region. Through various verticals including; Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Aerospace, Defence & Manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-8 Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to grown in to 2nd line management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the UK & Northern EMEA region.
  • Utilize MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies to drive the sales process and close complex enterprise deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise B2B software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including PLM, PIM, ERP or Supply Chain space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
