Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to coordinate campaigns with ongoing initiatives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Engage with the German-speaking community and ensure content is culturally relevant and appealing, to cover other territories in Europe.


About You:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media content planning and execution.
  • Experience with TikTok campaigns and social media management platforms like Brandwatch and Sprout Social.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and editing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for social media and influencer marketing.


The role is paying up to £45k with 2 days a week in the office.
