Role Overview:

Victoria Beckham Beauty is built on the philosophy that beauty should empower and complement the dynamic lives we lead. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of skincare and beauty products, paired with a dedication to providing an exceptional client experience. You will educate, inspire, and delight our clients with our luxurious, high-performing beauty collection.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver a unique and memorable Victoria Beckham Beauty client experience that aligns with our brand values and ethos.
  • Coordinate and implement inspiring visual merchandising strategies in-store to drive beauty sales and enhance the client experience.
  • Act as a Victoria Beckham Beauty ambassador, strategically building and enhancing the brand's presence and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maximise beauty sales to achieve and exceed sales objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ascertain clients’ needs and interests, providing personalised recommendations and solutions that cater to their individual beauty preferences.
  • Be responsible for clienteling activities and CRM activation, ensuring a personalised and proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Manage orders and stock allocation, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment of products.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive beauty product training sessions for the wider team, enhancing their knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Oversee assortment planning and inventory budgeting to maintain a well-stocked and appealing product range.
  • Identify emerging beauty trends and sales demand, ensuring the availability of the latest items to meet client expectations.


Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • A genuine passion and energy for beauty and skincare, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and engaging client experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Creative and innovative, with a flair for visual merchandising and product presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey product knowledge and brand messages effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
