ITAM Team Leader – IT Asset Management

Salary & Benefits: Up to £70,000 per year dependent on experience, annual bonus, attractive pension scheme (Up to 10% company contribution), life assurance cover of 4 times pensionable salary and 25 days annual leave, bank holidays plus a wellness day


Location: Bradford, with hybrid work arrangement (Average 3 office days per week)


This well-known organization is looking for an experienced IT Asset Management professional to lead their ITAM team.

Working with a range of different technologies and stakeholders across a broad network, you will be responsible for delivering a strategy to optimize IT Asset Management.


As the ITAM Team Leader you will be delivering on aspects such as:

· Leading and developing a team of ITAM professionals

· Identifying risk areas and advising on mitigation

· Identifying areas for cost optimization

· Reviewing current ITAM policies and procedures

· Bringing new assets (eg mobile devices and operational technology), into the asset management process


Essential Skills include:

· A track-record delivering excellence within ITAM

· Experience working in a team leadership role in ITAM

· Strong knowledge of licence management and software audit management

· Hands-on experience of Snow Software AB toolsets and other ITAM technologies

· Experience of facilitating or conducting large software audits


Desirable Skills include:

· Knowledge of PowerBI and ability to use data insights to present business cases

· Strong stakeholder management and the ability to articulate the value of ITAM processes to the business

· Experience of developing an end-to-end ITAM strategy, including decommissioning of old assets
