We are currently looking for a Data Governance Manager to join our team based out of our Bradford office.

‌

The main function of this role will be to develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and security.

Other essential role functions include but are not limited to:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality standards and best practices.
  • Oversee data management projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify data governance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

‌

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience working in a role where you were heavily involved in the development of data governance frameworks in a PRA and/or FCA regulated organisation.

Excellent data and reporting analysis skills are key as well as the ability to demonstrate your strong governance knowledge. Previous insurance experience would be advantageous but not essential.
