Location: Basingstoke, hybrid working 2 days on-site

Reporting to: Employee Relations Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide invaluable advice and support to managers on a wide range of Employee Relations issues, from everyday challenges to complex cases. Your insights will help build a capable and resilient organisation.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure our policies and procedures are not just followed, but embraced, creating a fair and consistent workplace for everyone.
  • Drive Proactive Solutions: Use data and trend analysis to spot employee relations issues early, helping the business stay ahead of the curve on absence trends, attrition, and engagement strategies.
  • Coach for Success: Equip managers with the skills they need to handle dismissal, appeal, and grievance meetings confidently and effectively. Your coaching will foster a culture of continuous improvement and capability building.
  • Support Change: Play a pivotal role in organisational change initiatives. Whether it's restructures, changes to terms and conditions, or TUPE transfers, your support will ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest in HR legislation and best practices, ensuring our approaches are always current and legally compliant.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partners, ensuring seamless integration and a unified approach to achieving our corporate objectives.
