The role

The role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end change management and communications for complex country, regional and global projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to think systemically to diagnose business problems and propose solutions that may impact people, processes, systems, and organizational structures, and develop effective change and communication interventions to ensure changes are understood and land effectively. This role will support HR leadership and will need to collaborate closely with the global HR community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global and regional HR leaders to diagnose change issues and develop change solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate required change analysis (e.g., stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, persona analysis etc.) to effectively identify changes and mitigate impacts.
  • Drive change management efforts for the activation of the new HR Delivery Model (across multiple countries) and supporting HR functions.
  • Design, develop and deliver change, communications, and learning collaterals (e.g., presentations, briefings, online content etc.) in partnership with key stakeholders, as part of a fulsome Org activation plan.
  • Oversee and coordinate project-specific change management workstreams and potentially manage change teams made up of business resources impacted by project scope.
  • Pull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plans.
  • Assess overall change readiness and monitor change management success measures.
  • Provide end-to-end change management consultation and support across multiple HR change initiatives.


Candidate Profile

The candidate will have experience leading change management efforts for HR transformation, globally. They will bring knowledge and credibility based on their academic background and track record of successful change management delivery. A successful candidate will be a collaborative partner, an experienced facilitator, and a clear and effective communicator. They will have business acumen and global experience. They will have consulting skills and data analysis capabilities.

Knowledge, experience / technical expertise:

  • Strong experience designing and delivering change management solutions within human resources functions
  • Strong experience working on multiple projects, including work with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HR Operations, and Benefits.
  • Global collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute changing priorities
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • Experience at a professional services consulting firm is preferred.
