Seeking an exceptional HR/Workforce Transformation Consulting Senior Manager with an impressive academic record and proven commercial experience gained within a consultancy. You will build a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, strategies, culture and organisation and partner effectively in order to develop coherent and relevant organisational interventions that deliver successful business outcomes.


You will work across the UK and Europe on a wide variety of client projects, including strategic workforce planning, skills assessment and development, organisational design, change management, culture interventions and DE&I projects which will give you career development across the HR life cycle.


What you need to have:

• Significant experience within a HR/Workforce Transformation role, ideally within a consultancy


• A strong commercial acumen with the capacity to quickly understand complex business issues


• Client skills with demonstrated experience working with HR/Talent/Business stakeholders, managing projects across a broad range of areas.


• Ability to facilitate client project meetings and present key insights/reports findings


• A broad understanding and experience of organisational change and people strategy with specific experience in a number of these key areas: organisational and cultural transformation, enterprise skills transformation, HR Transformation, organisation design, strategic workforce planning and change management
