He has spent the last 31 years aggregating a platform centralising all serviced offices in the UK and globally. In effect, this means that we can serve any requirement in any given country as long as there’s stock available.

We act as the middleman between the tenant (client) and the landlord (partner) in which we scan the market and present the client with the best options fitting their requirement. Then we arrange viewings for them and finally negotiate directly on their behalf with the landlord to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.

We are present in more than 100 countries with more than 20,000 properties, though only with offices in the UK and the US (our second largest revenue-driven market).


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their office space needs. You will act as the main point of contact for clients that the company have helped find an office for or for clients that we were unable to help at the time. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize.
