What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: With at least 3 years of proven facilities management expertise in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, you're no stranger to the intricacies of supervisory roles.
  • Sector Savvy: Previous experience in property or retail sectors gives you a strategic edge, while familiarity with digital CAFM or helpdesk systems is a bonus.
  • Qualifications: While a relevant qualification in Facilities Management or a related field is desirable, your real superpower lies in your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
