The Opportunity

Therefore, we commence our search for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team, with the primary focus of delivering best-in-class training and development programmes, materials, and activities across the portfolio.


Working with the Group People & Development Director and the wider People & Development Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of all the bespoke training programs to expand on the talents and skills across all our employees at all levels, management and compliance for all statutory training requirements, plus ensure the quality and management of our online training systems.


The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, and embrace assorted styles of training techniques & technology, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, and or coaching to ensure we offer flexibility and efficiency in our L&D approach.


Ideal Candidate

  • A team player who enjoys working with and supporting colleagues at all levels
  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in delivering bespoke L&D training programs and can present clearly identifiable positive outcomes.
  • A completer finisher, focused on quality with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in building relationships with external training providers
  • Shows an aptitude for systems and technology, happy to trial alternative ideas and adapts well to change
  • Happy to be present within the operational business, enjoys spending time with our teams and Managers
  • Happy to travel and be away from home when needed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
