The Fish on the Green is situated on Bearsted Green, a picturesque village near Maidstone in Kent. It is a converted stable block, which has now been completely renovated and is one of Kent's best seafood restaurants, listed in the Michelin Guide and the proud holder of two AA Rosettes.

As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site. Assisting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will work closely with the team, leading and developing them whilst ensuring that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
