About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our adult care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement, driving continuous quality enhancement.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a Deputy Manager or similar role, preferably in a social care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other relevant legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
  • Ability to work autonomously, making informed decisions and taking ownership of responsibilities.
