The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR administration service for the Multi Academy Trust (MAT).
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining comprehensive, confidential personnel records for staff (both in hard copy and electronic form).
- Managing the Single Central Record and playing a key role in safeguarding.
- Recording and monitoring staff absences.
- Assisting with payroll and providing HR-related information
What you'll need to succeed
- Good Administration skills
- An understanding of HR processes
- Ability to work on site every day from July to September - Possibly ongoing
What you need to know
- Positive working environment
- Working hours 9pm -5pm during term time and 9.30am - 3.30pm during school holidays
- CRB clearance will be required as long as references
- Immediate start once checks have been completed.
