Location: Cambridge area (Must be located near or in the Cambridge Area)
Hybrid. Office 4-3 times a week (Negotiable depending on distance)
Salary:
30k-35k (Qualifications and experience-dependent)
The Role
Provide support as the first point of contact for customers reporting IT issues. You will provide exceptional customer service when answering calls, responding to customer requests, and logging tickets, focusing on a first-time fix. You will be based at our Cambridge office in Pampisford and will be required to travel to customers' sites at least twice bi-weekly.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for customers focused on a first-time fix.
- Maintain service level agreements with a strong focus on communication and time management.
- Continued Personal Development
- Documentation of fixes within internal systems.
- You are required to be on-call out of hours on a rota basis.
- Provide on-site assistance at customers' sites.
Candidate Profile
We are keen to hear from self-motivated, personable individuals who want to succeed. The following are additional skills and experience that would be preferable:
- CCNA CompTIA are desired but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team.
- Customer service focused.
- Excellent logic and reasoning skills
- Detailed computer and IT skills
- Full Driving licence required
