This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Tutor/Assessor/IQA - Childcare. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as delivering training, assessing learners, and carrying out internal quality assurance. The position is primarily based in Farnham, with flexibility for some remote work.
- Experience as a Tutor/Assessor in Childcare
- Knowledge of nationally recognised qualifications (QCF) in Childcare
- Experience in delivering high-quality training
- Experience in conducting assessments and carrying out internal quality assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of learner and employer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Education
