About the Client
Our client designs and manufactures premium office seating solutions exclusively for B2B markets. With a focus on innovation and quality, they serve dealers, A&D professionals, and the broader interiors market.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, A&D professionals, specifiers, and interiors market stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote the company’s office furniture range to align with client needs and market trends.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development within the office furniture industry.
- Experience selling to dealers, A&D professionals, specifiers, and the interiors market.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive.
