Studio Ore is a leading designer and manufacturer of premium brass taps and home fittings, known for our craftsmanship, elegance, and dedication to quality. Our products are trusted by architects and interior designers across the globe who value our unique designs and living finishes which set us apart from a market often saturated with uniform products. We are expanding our sales team in London and Italy and are looking for talented and motivated Business Development Managers to help grow our presence and drive sales in their assigned regions.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Represent and promote our premium range of brass fittings to architects, interior designers, and other high-end clientele.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Prepare detailed quotations and specify items tailored to each customer’s requirements.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business in your assigned region, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a company selling premium interior products.
- A graduate with a minimum 2:1 bachelors degree
- Understand and appreciate the premium nature of our products and market.
- Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Are detail-oriented, with the ability to create accurate and compelling quotations.
- Are self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to expand business opportunities.
- Fluent in the language of their sales region
- Thrive in a collaborative and high-performance environment.
