Meraki Talent is partnered with a large legal firm to support with the appointment of a Business Development Manager. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package alongside a hybrid working model.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to progress in their career with a forward-thinking and innovative firm that invests heavily in the latest technology. The Business Development Manager supports the Real Estate team in planning and executing all marketing and business development activities.


Duties include:


  • Continually building business development knowledge
  • Creating excellent pitch documentation
  • Aiding the Real Estate team with targeting possible clients
  • Organising and hosting company events both internally and externally
  • Assisting with creating marketing campaigns


To be considered for this role you must have:


  • Experience in taking the lead in Business Development and Marketing activities within a legal environment – preferably working with a Real Estate Team
  • A process improvement mindset
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns
  • Confidence whilst networking and promoting the firm's brand
  • The ability to create and present information of a complex nature in a clear way
