MacGregor Black is partnering with a Manufacturing business on the search for a CI Expert. This is a 6 month FTC role based in Northern Ireland.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive performance of the site and support functions to deliver efficiency.
  • Seek out new and innovative ways to deal with production issues, utilizing CI techniques.
  • Ensure compliance to all site Health and Safety Regulations
  • Develop a new production best practice to improve performance / flexibility and organise any additional training through gap analysis that may be required.


What are we looking for?


  • Minimum 3 years managing teams within a complex production environment e.g. multiple SKUs, product changeovers, packaging variants etc.
  • An expert in developing and implementing best in class manufacturing KPIs, and a track record of achieving results and ‘raising the bar’. Must be familiar with Production Performance Measurements.
  • Proven track record of improving performance metrics across the board, whilst inspiring the team to engage in the journey. Must be people orientated.
  • Vast experience of CI within manufacturing.
