As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing facility runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards and optimising production processes. You will ensure company & site KPIs are met, high technical standards are maintained and to achieve quality standards through the development of people, processes and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years experience in a senior managerial role within food manufacturing with strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and lean manufacturing principles. You should have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You should be proficient in using manufacturing software and technology and be able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
